You made the stamp. Now what?
Once you have a signature or stamp image, the next step is the annoying one. You move the contract into a word processor, insert the image, send it behind the text, and export back to PDF, often knocking the fonts and line spacing out of place along the way. This tool skips all of that. It opens the PDF you were sent, lets you drop the stamp exactly where it belongs, and saves a PDF back.
Size is set in millimetres, the way the stamp will actually print on paper, not as a share of the screen. That avoids the classic result where the stamp looked right on a monitor and came out enormous on paper. Preset buttons at 15, 18, 25 and 30mm cover the sizes people reach for most.
For a multi-page contract you do not have to repeat yourself. Place the stamp once, then copy it to the same spot on every page. Saving does not re-render the pages as images: the stamp is written into the original PDF, so the body text stays selectable and searchable and nothing loses sharpness.
A contract is exactly the kind of file people would rather not hand to a stranger server. So this tool never uploads one. The PDF and the stamp image are opened in browser memory only, and pressing save builds the file right there for you to download.
Frequently asked questions
Where do I get the stamp image?
You can make one with the stamp maker and the signature maker on jakup. Both save a PNG with a transparent background, so you can upload the file as is. A scanned photo of a seal also works, but any leftover white background will be stamped as a visible box.
The stamp is covering the text.
Check two things. First make sure the stamp file is a transparent PNG. If it still covers too much, drop the opacity to somewhere around 70 to 85 percent and the text underneath shows through. Real ink seals are semi-transparent anyway, so this usually looks more natural.
What size should the stamp be?
It depends on the document and the country. In Korea a personal registered seal must be larger than 7mm and no more than 30mm on each side, and a company seal must be larger than 1cm and no more than 3cm. In practice everyday seals run about 15mm and company seals 25 to 30mm. For anything you are submitting, check the recipient guidance first.
Is an image stamp legally valid?
That depends on the type of document and on what the other party accepts. Plenty of internal approvals and invoices are fine with an image, while other documents call for a wet signature, a registered seal, or a certificate to go with it. For anything significant, confirm with the other party or the receiving institution before you rely on it.
How do I stamp every page?
Place the stamp once, select it, then press the button that copies it to the same spot on every page. Each page gets the same position and size. You can still drag individual stamps afterwards to nudge them.
Is my contract uploaded anywhere?
No. The PDF and the stamp image are opened and processed entirely in your browser, and the saved file is built there and downloaded directly. Once the page has loaded you can even disconnect from the internet and it keeps working.
